Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable in a dusty, fast-paced environment and experienced in handling repetitive tasks, including heavy loads
- The candidates should have attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to stand for extended periods
- The candidates should be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking tasks, capable of managing a large workload, and working effectively under pressure, including lifting weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be punctual, consistently arriving on time for scheduled activities
- The candidates should take initiative, proactively seeking opportunities to contribute and improve processes
- The candidates should be reliable, consistently delivering quality work and meeting expectations
- The candidates should be team players, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve common objectives

- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to transport materials and equipment manually or using powered equipment throughout the plant
- The candidates should be able to check, weigh, sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products
- The candidates should be able to assist machine operators, perform laboring activities, and clean work areas
