Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications such as a high school, bachelor’s degree, certificate, or a diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, although having experience is an asset
Work Site Environment: Organic farming, Other vegetables and melon farming (except potato), Outdoors, Wet/damp, Noisy, Dusty, Hot, Cold/refrigerated
Work Setting: Rural area
Type of Crops: Artisanal crops, Bell peppers, Cabbage, Carrots, Cauliflowers, Cucumbers, Garlic, Melons, Onions, Sweet corn, Tomatoes, Zucchinis
Physical Requirements:

- The candidate should be able to vegetable culling
- The candidate should be able to do weeding
- The candidate should be able to harvest crops
- The candidate should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- The candidate should be able to Examine produce for quality and prepare for market
