Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail
  • The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should prioritize client satisfaction and have excellent oral communication skills
  • The candidates should work well as part of a team while prioritizing client satisfaction

  • The candidates should be able to develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, including negotiating with clients for the use of facilities and enforcing policies and procedures
  • The candidates should be able to prepare budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and prepare marketing plans, along with implementing marketing activities and addressing customers’ complaints or concerns
  • The candidates should be able to assist clients/guests with special needs, develop and implement business plans, and establish work schedules
