Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Overtime, On Call, Flexible Hours, To be determined, Early Morning, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to register arriving guests, process group arrivals and departures, and take, cancel, and change room reservations
  • The candidates should be able to provide information on hotel facilities and services, investigate and resolve complaints and claims, and process guests’ departures while calculating charges and receiving payments
  • The candidates should be able to balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, and answer telephones while relaying calls and messages and assisting clients/guests with special needs
