Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English or French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Own tools/equipment: Own transportation
Credentials: Housekeeping room attendant certification and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and handle heavy loads
- The candidates should have strong attention to detail and be able to manage a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be able to bend, crouch, and kneel, and handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

- The candidates should have excellent oral communication, show initiative, and be organized

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
- The candidates should be able to make beds, change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, and stock the linen closet
- The candidates should be able to clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and wash windows, walls, and ceilings
- The candidates should be able to attend to guests’ requests for extra supplies or other items, pick up debris, and empty trash containers
- The candidates should be able to perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
