Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have educational qualifications such as Post-secondary education in Human Resources
Experience: Candidates should have 1-2 years Human Resources related experience

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to serve as the first point of contact for all HR inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses to employee questions and concerns and be able to keep employee information accurate and up-to-date in SAP, including job details, wages, addresses, and direct deposit information
  • The candidates should be able to be responsible for bi-weekly payroll processing, ensuring accurate coding and information in Kronos (time and attendance system) is maintained and able to lead the full-cycle recruitment process for all frontline team members and temporary staff, including coordinating internal job postings in collaboration with supervisors
  • The candidates should be able to arrange and lead all new hire orientations, collect and maintain orientation training records, and onboard new hires with necessary information and be able to manage the swipe card program for new hires, employees on leave, terminated employees, and visitors
  • The candidates should be able to respond to employee inquiries and requests regarding leaves of absence, benefits, payroll, and other HR-related policies and procedures
  • The candidates should be able to process payroll for all third-party contractors as required and able to tend to the main entrance by greeting visitors, managing sign-in procedures, and notifying appropriate contacts of arrivals or deliveries
  • The candidates should be able to accurately maintain both paper and electronic employee files in a confidential manner and able to ensure employee communications and forms are updated and available to all frontline workers
  • The candidates should be able to assist with investigations relative to HR policies and procedures under the guidance of the HR Manager and able to assist with general employee requests regarding HR-related policies and procedures
  • The candidates should be able to maintain all HR trackers, including discipline, attendance, and recruitment, ensuring consistency and appropriate record-keeping and able to lead the attendance management program and provide guidance to supervisors
  • The candidates should be able to assist with HR metrics and SAP report creation and be able to coordinate and assist with annual employee training initiatives and be able to perform ad hoc reporting and other duties as assigned by the HR Manager
