Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have completed coursework in a post-secondary program in business, administration and human resources
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to maintain strict confidentiality and work independently and take initiative
- The candidates should have strong attention to detail and manage numerous priorities from multiple sources
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience performing a range of administrative support functions, including scheduling, file management, processing financial transactions, and supporting internal and external clients
- The candidates should have experience providing front-line reception duties and experience providing human resource support services and strong collaboration skills
- The candidates should be committed to promoting common values and ethics and provide outstanding client-focused service to both external and internal clients
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to handle office management tasks, including reception duties and ensuring smooth daily operations
- The candidates should be able to provide financial and administrative support, including managing budgets and processing invoices
- The candidates should be able to offer delegated staffing services and support to clients and business partners
- The candidates should be able to provide executive and administrative support to the HR Director and branch, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports
- The candidates should be able to coordinate and organize HR-related events and activities
- The candidates should be able to maintain accurate and confidential HR records and documentation
