Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of Bachelor’s degree in Business
Experience: Candidates should have 2 years of relevant work experience in a corporate environment, ideally in HR, Customer Service, or a Call Centre
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness and work well independently as well as on a team and demonstrate initiative
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have previous administrative experience, including responding to emails, answering telephone calls, addressing inquiries, drafting and reviewing legal or HR documents, ensuring compliance with HR and Union policies, and handling sensitive and confidential information
- The candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, be customer-service oriented, solutions-focused, and have a positive attitude
- The candidates should have advanced computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Access is an asset), and previous experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow platforms
- The candidates should have demonstrated time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle a high-volume workload while effectively changing priorities in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- The candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience working in a unionized environment and possess an HR Certificate, Diploma or a related field
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to provide consistent, timely, and accurate responses to employees, managers, and retirees’ inquiries in accordance with plan rules, corporate policies, and provisions of the collective agreements via a multi-channel case management tool
- The candidates should be able to provide consistent, timely, and accurate processing of all transactional HR services via a multi-channel case management tool
- The candidates should be able to participate in special assignments and audits for the collection of data and information to support Human Resources programs and initiatives
