Salary: $35.00 hourly for 35 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: 3808 Highway St, Valleyview, AB T0H 3N0
Supervision: 3-4 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be highly organized in managing tasks and responsibilities and reliable in meeting job requirements
  • The candidates should be effective team players, contributing positively to collaborative efforts, and demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing circumstances

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs, and advise managers and employees on their interpretation, including benefit programs and collective agreements
  • The candidates should be able to hire, train, and supervise staff, as well as train, direct, and motivate them
  • The candidates should be able to respond to employee questions and complaints and plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
  • The candidates should be able to plan and control the budget and expenditures, manage contracts, and establish and implement policies and procedures
  • The candidates should be able to oversee payroll administration
