Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Credentials:Â Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP)

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs
- The candidates should be able to advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs and collective agreements
- The candidates should be able to co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs
- The candidates should be able to train, direct and motivate staff, respond to employee questions and complaints
- The candidates should be able to propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures
- The candidates should be able to establish and implement policies and procedures
- The candidates should be able to provide customer service
