Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualification such as college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates need an experience of 1-2 years
Computer and Technology Knowledge:
Electronic mail, Electronic scheduler, Human resources software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Internet

  • The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
  • The candidate should be able to work with tight deadlines and perform repetitive tasks

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to identify current and prospective staffing requirements also prepare and post notices and advertisements
  • The candidate should be able to advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
  • The candidate should be able to contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
  • The candidate should be able to recruit graduates of colleges, universities and other educational institutions also coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
  • The candidate should be able to advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
  • The candidate should be able to organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • The candidate should be able to determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training also provide information or services such as employee assistance, counselling and recognition programs
  • The candidate should be able to supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing and record-keeping duties
