Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic mail, MS Word

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work under pressure

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post notices and advertisements
  • The candidates should be able to collect and screen applicants, advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, review candidate inventories
  • The candidates should be able to contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, recruit graduates of colleges, universities and other educational institutions
  • The candidates should be able to co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates, notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers, advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
  • The candidates should be able to negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and co-ordinate termination of employment process, determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training
