Salary: $46,000 to $53,000 annually (To be negotiated) for 22.5 to 37.5 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as other trades certificate or diploma or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Area of specialization: Specialized environmental skills and knowledge
Computer and technology knowledge: Workday, Information technology, MS Windows, Electronic mail, Electronic scheduler, Database software, Data analysis software, Human resources software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, SAP (FI/CO / HR / MM / OT SD), Internet
Credentials: Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP)
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to administer staff consultation and grievance procedures, identify current and prospective staffing requirements, and provide information or services, such as employee assistance and counselling
- The candidates should be able to prepare and post notices and advertisements, collect and screen applicants, and advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
- The candidates should be able to review candidate inventories, contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, and co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
- The candidates should be able to notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers, advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, and organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
- The candidates should be able to negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and co-ordinate termination of employment process, determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training, and supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing and record-keeping duties
- The candidates should be able to recruit and hire staff
