Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have at least 6 months of fundamental knowledge and practical experience related to tasks

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to sit with arms unsupported while keyboarding occasionally
  • The candidates should be capable of meeting multiple deadlines occasionally
  • The candidates should be able to focus on a variety of source data and computer for short periods occasionally
  • The candidates should primarily work in an office setting but may occasionally attend work sites

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to organize and prioritize work effectively
  • The candidates should demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The candidates should be able to understand and carry out job-related instructions
  • The candidates should possess the ability to learn quickly and independently

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to collaborate closely and actively participate in feedback sessions with a supervisor to contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization’s operations

  • The candidates should be able to participate actively in the development and enhancement of projects aligned with the department’s strategic goals
  • The candidates should be able to provide valuable field and/or office support to support the successful execution of assigned projects
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate with team members to facilitate shared learning and contribute to the evaluation and implementation of innovative solutions
  • The candidates should be able to maintain detailed records of their work process, including any challenges encountered and problem-solving approaches employed
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate with colleagues from different departments or teams on cross-functional projects to gain a broader perspective and develop a well-rounded skill set supporting their knowledge and success in a municipal career
  • The candidates should be able to attend and actively participate in educational activities that enhance their knowledge and skills, aligning with IMPACT program objectives and the department’s needs
