Salary: $15.00 to $20.00 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Full time, Seasonal employment
Location: Jonquière, QC
Shifts: Day, Evening and Weekend
Work setting: Private sector and urban area
Security and safety: Confidential security clearance required, secret clearance required and criminal record should checked


Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualification such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Computer and technology knowledge: Candidates must have knowledge of Database software, Data analysis software, MS Excel and Electronic mail

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to work in fast-paced environment, maintain tight deadlines, pay attention to detail and also for large workload

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to work with being focused on the client, in a flexible environment, in an organized way and also take initiative
  • The candidate should be someone who can judge, reliable and also a team player
  • The candidate should have accuracy, efficient interpersonal skills and also an excellent oral communication


  • The candidate should be able to ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures and internal control, prepare income tax returns from accounting records and also examine accounting records
  • The candidate should be able to prepare financial information for individuals, departments or companies, prepare income tax and also prepare tax returns
  • The candidate should be able to analyze financial documents and reports, examine accounting records, review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures and also establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
