Manley sales is a produce wholesaler that strives to bring only the best quality produce to the markets. We also import many different exotic fruits and vegetables. With all of our products, we focus our development and production on inclusion of attributes our customers can use to improve the quality and value of their feeds. Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, be physically demanding, and a repetitive tasker
- The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods
- The candidates should be willing to for overtime
- The candidates should be able to handle weight Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
- The candidates should be able to handle Hand-eye co-ordination, and should have the ability to distinguish between colours
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads
- The candidates should be able to do manual dexterity
- The candidates should be able to work in confined spaces and cold/refrigerated area
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be adaptable, efficient, energetic, hardworking, integrated, and should have positive attitude, and should also be quick learner
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizen and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position.
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment, operate a variety of equipment to load, unload and move materials and products
- The candidates should be able to pick orders and stock, make labels and attach to goods, wrap goods
- The candidates should be able to pack and unpack goods, sort, crate and stack goods, install, lash and secure goods
- The candidates should be able to transport and distribute materials and goods, organize and maintain inventory
