Shifts: Day, Weekend, Shift, Morning
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 year to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be capable of meeting tight deadlines and working effectively under pressure
- The candidates should have a strong attention to detail and be comfortable with sitting for extended periods, thriving in a fast-paced environment
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a strong client focus and possess efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should excel in both oral and written communication, demonstrate flexibility, exhibit good judgment, and be organized
- The candidates should be highly reliable and strong team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to identify and assess potential institutional, business, and individual client markets and ensure appropriate forms, medical examinations, and other policy requirements are completed
- The candidates should be able to establish client insurance coverage, calculate premiums, and establish a method of payment, as well as monitor insurance claims and respond to clients’ inquiries
- The candidates should be able to provide information concerning group and individual insurance packages, the range of risk coverage, benefits paid, and other policy features, sell various types of insurance, including automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft, and others, and provide customer service
