Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be adept at managing tasks under tight deadlines and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in their work
  • The candidates should be capable of working efficiently under pressure

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be committed to client focus, ensuring customer satisfaction, and demonstrate flexibility in adapting to various tasks and situations

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to identify and assess potential institutional, business, and individual client markets, ensuring appropriate completion of forms, medical examinations, and other policy requirements
  • The candidates should be able to establish client insurance coverage, calculate premiums, and set up a method of payment, as well as monitor insurance claims and respond to clients’ inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to provide information on group and individual insurance packages, explaining the range of risk coverage, benefits paid, and other policy features, and sell various types of insurance, including automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft, and others
  • The candidates should be able to provide customer service
