Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Area of specialization: Financial statements
Insurance experience: Commercial insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Personal
Credentials: Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) licence
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be capable of meeting tight deadlines and able to work effectively under pressure
- The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, even in high-pressure situations, and be comfortable with tasks that involve sitting for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate a strong focus on client needs and possess efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should exhibit excellent oral and written communication abilities and display flexibility in adapting to various situations

- The candidates should be reliable in fulfilling their responsibilities and be effective team players, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to identify and assess potential institutional, business, and individual client markets and ensure appropriate forms, medical examinations, and other policy requirements are completed
- The candidates should be able to establish client insurance coverage, calculate premiums, and establish the method of payment, as well as monitor insurance claims and respond to clients’ inquiries
- The candidates should be able to provide customer service and information concerning group and individual insurance packages, the range of risk coverage, benefits paid, and other policy features
