Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Area of specialization: Residential
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working at heights and able to work in dusty environments
- The candidates should be physically capable of handling demanding tasks, able to work under tight deadlines, and capable of handling heavy loads
- The candidates should be able to lift weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a focus on client satisfaction and possess efficient interpersonal skills, demonstrating flexibility in their work approach
- The candidates should be reliable in fulfilling their responsibilities and be team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials, as well as erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
- The candidates should be able to mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction, and help the medical examiner in charge
- The candidates should be able to assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites, frame houses, erect walls, build roofs, and level earth to fine grade specifications
- The candidates should be able to pave and rake asphalt, assist in demolishing buildings, clean and pile salvaged materials, and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
- The candidates should be able to remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, and direct traffic at or near construction sites
