Salary: 50% commission per sale for 35 to 40 hours per week Minimum wage is guaranteed
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time – Remote work available
Location: Mississauga, ON
Shifts: Day, Evening, Morning
Transportation information: Own transportation and willing to travel regularly
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Area of specialization: Group insurance, disability insurance, health insurance, life insurance, medical malpractice insurance, personal, RRSP, and travel insurance
Credentials: Life Licence Qualification Program (LLQP)
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should exhibit meticulous attention to detail
- The candidates should be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize client focus in their interactions and demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should possess excellent oral communication skills and be organized in their tasks and responsibilities
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to identify and assess potential institutional, business, and individual client markets
- The candidates should be able to ensure appropriate forms, medical examinations, and other policy requirements are completed
- The candidates should be able to establish client insurance coverage, calculate premiums, and establish a method of payment
- The candidates should be able to monitor insurance claims and respond to clients’ inquiries
- The candidates should be able to provide information concerning group and individual insurance packages, the range of risk coverage, benefits paid, and other policy features
