Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of university degree is preferred, and a Journeyperson’s ticket
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a minimum college diploma and Project Management Professional and related technical diploma qualifications and be highly competent and thrive on using and championing advanced technology such as Asset Reliability Mobility, Visual Scheduler, PowerBI, and Intelligent Enterprise Asset Management systems
- The candidates should have extensive experience in applying proven Maintenance best practices in an industrial environment (5 years)
- The candidates should have experience with implementing and in-depth knowledge of maintenance and reliability concepts
- The candidates should have experience in client-facing or site-support roles, including technical consulting and a high degree of competency in performing in-depth analytics, drawing insights, and driving continuous improvement
- The candidates should have experience in manufacturing or industrial environments and be highly skilled with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), with SAP
- The candidates should have experience with technology, reporting, and analytical platforms and advanced software skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- The candidates should be self-starters with high energy, customer-oriented, and possess superb communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset, critical thinking, and the ability to challenge the status quo
- The candidates should be highly results-oriented, extremely organized, and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities and be highly adaptable to constant change and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should have knowledge of GMPs, food safety development, and health and safety requirements and knowledge of contract development and execution
- The candidates should have a proven capability to provide technical leadership to business and operations and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to develop comprehensive and thorough maintenance job plans for routine or repetitive preventive, condition-based, and predictive maintenance activities to ensure the safe and effective execution of work, review, optimize, and update 5% of the PM routes registered in SAP every quarter
- The candidates should be able to manage asset bill of materials (BOM), reviewing and updating 5% of the BOMs registered in SAP quarterly, create a scheduling horizon for short, mid, and long-term activities, including annual overhauls and new equipment installations, and develop extended maintenance schedules that align with the 3-year plan
- The candidates should be able to review, risk assess, and route non-emergency work orders for approval at the correct organizational level against defined acceptance criteria based on business risk, determine and recommend the scope and maintenance strategy (repair/overhaul/replace) of key maintenance work, document work plans, and manage required resources for full execution of preventive or corrective work
- The candidates should be able to manage asset history, technical manuals, OEM support contracts, and other technical files for inclusion in job plans to avoid delay, develop condition-based monitoring routes, load levels, and seed dates
- The candidates should be able to plan and schedule work using Visual Scheduling tools, PowerBI, and SAP, leveraging in-depth analytics and advanced techniques, track and analyze Maintenance KPIs and improve lagging KPIs using insights from SAP and PowerBI
- The candidates should be able to visit the floor to increase team productivity by removing obstacles to executing work safely, correctly, and efficiently, adopting the concept of “eyes on the job and eyes on the parts”, optimize maintenance labor availability against workload to minimize production disruptions
- The candidates should be able to prioritize maintenance work using criticality analysis and schedule work through proactive communication with Maintenance and Production to ensure high-value and critical work is completed in a timely manner, lead maintenance planning, scheduling meetings to synchronize maintenance interventions with Production
- The candidates should be able to develop schedule loading, understanding resource availability, operational requirements, and time, cost, and quality estimating, lead PM optimization activities, Root Cause Failure Analysis, PM/overhaul postmortems, and work order quality reviews
- The candidates should be able to understand risks and timing variances, adjusting as necessary to ensure schedule and cost compliance, including early start and late finish dates and asset criticality, review and regularly update all maintenance backlogs
- The candidates should be able to provide technical assistance to maintenance personnel during work execution, collaborate strongly with stores and MRO staff to ensure the availability of parts and materials to execute work, monitor parts and materials from the point of order to staging and seek approval to expedite parts for late jobs
