Supervision: 11-15 people, Cook (general), Food service counter attendants, and food preparers
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work efficiently under pressure, meeting tight deadlines
- The candidates should be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and working during work
- The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling as required
- The candidates should be physically fit and able to meet the demands of a physically demanding role
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate a strong focus on client satisfaction and possess efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues
- The candidates should exhibit excellent oral communication abilities and demonstrate flexibility in adapting to various tasks and situations
- The candidates should be team players, fostering collaboration within the work environment

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budgets, and cost estimates
- The candidates should be able to supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and hire food service staff
- The candidates should be able to ensure food service and quality control, address customers’ complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- The candidates should be able to estimate and order ingredients and supplies, prepare and submit reports, and establish work schedules
