Camp Wabun Ltd. based in Bear Island, ON is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Manager, camp. Camp Wabun Ltd. provides boys and girls with the opportunity to travel in uncomplicated ways in undisturbed wilderness territories. With the exception of some modern materials used in some of our gear, we travel the same way, the same routes, experiencing the same joys, that were the cornerstone of our founding in 1933. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible. The position of Manager, camp is approved by LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment).

Shifts: Day, Evening, Morning
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be client focus, initiative, and flexible
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to supervise staff
- The candidates should be able to negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
- The candidates should be able to negotiate with clients for the use of facilities
- The candidates should be able to prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- The candidates should be able to establish work schedules
