Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or Intermediate or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be flexible to work banking center hours, which may include evenings and weekends, to ensure exceptional client service
  • The candidates should be flexible to work at multiple banking centers within a reasonable travel distance to help deliver a great client experience

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to develop and coach a team of client service and financial service professionals as a member of the Personal and Business Banking team, working towards a shared goal of delivering an exceptional client experience and deepening client relationships
  • The candidates should be able to inspire team members to perform at their best as a Manager, Client Advice, while supporting a “One Team” approach that connects each client with the right advice to meet their financial needs
  • The candidates should be able to lead by example in enhancing the client experience by showing their team how to deepen client relationships and meet client financial needs while providing a high standard of service
  • The candidates should be able to deliver the client experience by encouraging employees to quickly resolve client complaints, escalating when necessary, and managing hard-to-solve issues, while also empowering clients to utilize self-service channels
  • The candidates should be able to drive results through leadership by creating a culture of collaboration across multiple client offers to ensure clients are served by those best able to meet their financial needs
  • The candidates should be able to support the Banking Centre Leader in monitoring business performance, implementing action plans to close any gaps, and working as one team with all partners to increase the banking centre’s overall performance
