Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be experienced in floriculture production and fruit and vegetable combination farming
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in wet/damp, dusty, and hot conditions, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and capable of working under pressure
- The candidates should be able to perform repetitive tasks, handle heavy loads associated with agricultural activities, and be physically fit for demanding tasks in outdoor settings
- The candidates should possess attention to detail in floriculture and farming operations, have the ability to distinguish between colors, and be able to stand for extended periods during agricultural work
- The candidates should be comfortable with tasks involving bending, crouching, and kneeling in the field
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in their approach to work
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform greenhouse cleaning and hand harvest vegetables
- The candidates should be able to hoe crops, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, and perform weeding
