Salary: $18.00 per hour for 40 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Evening and Weekend
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset.
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work under pressure, in fast-paced environment, maintain tight deadlines, stand for extended periods, pay attention to detail and also handle heavy loads
- The candidate should be physically strong , a combination of sitting, standing, walking and also have hand-eye co-ordination
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work with being focused on the client, in a flexible environment, in an organized way and also take initiative
- The candidate should be dependable, someone who can judge, reliable and also a team player
- The candidate should have accuracy, efficient interpersonal skills and also an excellent oral and written communication
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to cut carcasses, sides and quarters, cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat, cut poultry into parts and also cut fish into steaks and fillets
- The candidate should be able to remove bones from meat and also clean and prepare fish and shellfish
- The candidate should be able to grind meats, make special sausages, slice cooked meats and also shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood
- The candidate should be able to prepare special orders and also prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products
