Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have at least 8 years’ experience in progressive product management, marketing management, or customer advocacy

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have experience with translating business goals into actionable roadmaps and refined product backlogs
  • The candidates should have the ability to effectively manage and prioritize conflicting needs of stakeholders
  • The candidates should have experience working within an agile delivery model, writing user stories, and sprint management
  • The candidates should possess current knowledge of group insurance industry products and services

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to serve as the voice of the member and act as an ambassador for all group digital experiences both internally and externally
  • The candidates should be able to own the multi-channel digital experience roadmap which includes prioritizing stories, epics, and features to ensure work focuses on delivering maximum value aligned with our group insurance business strategy
  • The candidates should be able to provide leadership and solve experience-related problems, make decisions, and complete trade-off analysis to allow the engineering teams to stay on track towards our release and delivery schedules
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate with all stakeholders during the discovery, design, and development phases of a specific group experience or journey
  • The candidates should be able to identify and help stakeholders understand the business model and value proposition
  • The candidates should be able to keep abreast of market trends, user preferences, and new digital capabilities that could impact our digital roadmap or strategy
