Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the Bilingual Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as Bachelor’s degree, social work, mental health counselling/counsellor, or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be client focus and judgmental.
  • The candidates should have excellent oral communication, excellent written communication
  • The candidate should have values and ethics

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to obtain information and prepare reports or case histories, administrative and office activities, appraise clients’ needs or eligibility for specific services
  • The candidates should be able to assess client’s relevant skill strengths and development needs
  • The candidates should be able to conduct follow-up assessments
  • The candidates should be able to develop, co-ordinate and implement the delivery of specific services within the community
  • The candidates should be able to implement behaviour management programs
