Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform routine network start-up and close down and maintain control records
- The candidates should be able to perform data backups and disaster recovery operation.
- The candidates should be able to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade web-server hardware and software
- The candidates should be able to set up local area networks and connections to the internet
- The candidates should be able to maintain, troubleshoot, and administer the use of local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations and peripheral equipment
- The candidates should be able to evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software
- The candidates should be able to operate master consoles to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks and to coordinate access and use of computer networks
- The candidates should be able to load computer tapes and disks and install software and printer paper and forms
- The candidates should be able to modify web pages, applets, and scripts
- The candidates should be able to supervise technical staff and provide problem-solving services to network users
