Shifts: Day, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should excel in a fast-paced environment and be capable of meeting tight deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess the ability to multitask effectively and demonstrate flexibility in their approach to tasks and schedules
  • The candidates should be organized in their work methods and function well as a team player, consistently delivering accurate results
  • The candidates should prioritize client focus and exhibit reliability in meeting commitments and deadlines

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer telephones, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and information, order office supplies, maintain inventory, and arrange travel itineraries and reservations
  • The candidates should be able to greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, set up and maintain filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence and documents
