Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Overtime, On Call, Flexible Hours, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively and be organized in managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • The candidates should strive for accuracy in all their work and exhibit reliability in meeting deadlines and commitments
  • The candidates should possess strong time management skills to optimize productivity

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephones, relay telephone calls and messages, and answer electronic inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies, maintain inventory, greet people, and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type, and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
