Salary: $17.00 to $19.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 35 to 44 hours per week

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Asset languages: Hindi and Panjabi
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Area of specialization: Forms and records, and Correspondence
Area of work experience: Marketing
Equipment and machinery experience: Scanner
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word, Quick Books, Adobe Photoshop, and Electronic mail
Security and safety: Basic security clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be adaptable to a fast-paced environment, able to work under pressure, and capable of meeting tight deadlines
  • The candidates should be willing to handle repetitive tasks and be comfortable with extended periods of sitting, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to type, proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries, and provide customer service
  • The candidates should be able to maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists, and databases, process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, and compile data, statistics, and other information
  • The candidates should be able to prepare invoices and bank deposits, provide general information to clients and the public, and order office supplies while maintaining inventory
  • The candidates should be able to file material in the storage area, label, file, and retrieve documents, locate and remove files requested, and organize and schedule office work.
  • The candidates should be able to work with minimal supervision and perform data entry
