Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Word, MS Office, Quick Books, and electronic mail

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently, effectively managing tasks and responsibilities without constant supervision
  • The candidates should be able to work under pressure, remaining focused and productive in demanding situations
  • The candidates should be capable of meeting tight deadlines, efficiently completing tasks within specified timeframes
  • The candidates should exhibit attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of their work

Other Requirements:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to plan and control budget and expenditures, determine and establish office procedures and routines, and schedule and confirm appointments
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephones and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic inquiries, and respond to employee questions and complaints
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory, plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, and open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other materials and coordinate the flow of information
  • The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and provide customer service
