Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to plan and control budget and expenditures, establish and implement policies and procedures, and record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and manage contracts
  • The candidates should be able to answer the telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, compile data, statistics, and other information, and respond to employee questions and complaints
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory, organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures, and oversee payroll administration
  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, arrange travel-related itineraries, and make reservations
  • The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and provide customer service
  • The candidates should be able to maintain and manage a digital database, perform basic bookkeeping tasks, and be familiar with occupational health and safety regulations
  • The candidates should be able to supervise office and volunteer staff
