Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates need experience of 1 year to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Candidates must have knowledge of Spreadsheet, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows and MS Word

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to maintain tight deadlines and also pay attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to work in an organized way and also reliable
  • The candidate should have an excellent oral and written communication

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures, establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met and also oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • The candidate should be able to carry out administrative activities of establishment, co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services and also assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • The candidate should be able to assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
