Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word and MS Excel

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents accurately and receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries promptly and professionally
  • The candidates should be able to work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases with attention to detail, and sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents efficiently and accurately
  • The candidates should be able to photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing according to organizational guidelines, label files according to retention and disposal schedules to ensure proper management and organization, and label, file, and retrieve documents accurately and in a timely manner
