Salary: $17.00 to $18.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 8 to 10 hours per week

Work setting: Commercial building
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Security and safety: Bondable, basic security clearance, and criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work effectively under pressure and manage repetitive tasks efficiently
- The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail and be willing to perform tasks involving bending, crouching, and kneeling
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate dependability in meeting commitments and completing tasks, maintain reliability in fulfilling responsibilities and duties, and show initiative in taking on tasks and problem-solving
- The candidates should exhibit excellent oral communication skills and demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing situations and requirements
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
- The candidates should be able to clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, and provide basic information on facilities
- The candidates should be able to pick up debris and empty trash containers, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and address customers’ complaints or concerns
