No of Vacancies: 3
Salary: $16.00 to $25.00 hourly (to be negotiated) for 30 to 50 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Belleville, ON
Shifts: 08:00 to 16:00
Transportation information: Own transportation

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Computer and technology knowledge: QuickBooks, MS Excel

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • The candidates should be able to receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries
  • The candidates should be able to sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents, send and receive messages, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • The candidates should be able to prepare invoices and bank deposits
  • The candidates should be able to provide general information to clients and the public
  • The candidates should be able to photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory and organize and schedule office work
