Shifts: Day, Morning
Transportation information: Public transportation is available
Work setting: Private sector
Supervision: 3-4 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures and delegate work to office support staff
  • The candidates should be able to establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met, and carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • The candidates should be able to assist in the preparation of the operating budget, maintain inventory and budgetary controls, and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • The candidates should be able to train staff, plan and control budget and expenditures, and perform data entry
  • The candidates should be able to oversee payroll administration
