Salary: $19.00 to $21.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week

Shifts: Day
Transportation information: Own transportation, Own vehicle, and Valid driver’s licence
Work setting: Private sector, Urban area, General office, and Law firm
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office, Electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS WindowsÂ
Security and safety: Basic security clearance and Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to work independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work under pressure
- The candidates should be able to meet tight deadlines, be comfortable with performing repetitive tasks, and be attentive to detail
- The candidates should be able to handle sitting and manage a combination of sitting, standing, and walking

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, provide basic information to clients and the public, and obtain and process information required to provide customer service
- The candidates should be able to operate a switchboard or telephone system, record and relay information, and answer the telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, send invoices, and maintain work records and logs
- The candidates should be able to receive and issue payments, perform clerical duties such as filing, sorting and distributing mail, and perform data entry
- The candidates should be able to provide customer service and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
