BIRAK BERRY FARMS LTD grow, harvest, and supply blueberries, strawberries and sweet corn. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible. Shifts: Day, Weekend, Shift, Flexible Hours, Morning
Work setting: Staff accommodation provided, Various locations
Type of crops: Blueberries, Strawberries, Sweet corn
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’
Equipment and machinery experience: Fruit harvester, Planting equipment, Tractor
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and should be a repetitive tasker
- The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to sit, stand, walk for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to handle Hand-eye co-ordination
- The candidates should be able to do corn farming, fruit and vegetable combination farming, and other miscellaneous crop farming
- The candidates should be able to work in outdoors
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be flexible, judgmental, and organized
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
