Requirements:
Language: English
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications such as a high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate will be required to work under pressure.
- The candidate will be required to handle repetitive tasks;.
- The candidate will be required in handling heavy loads.
- The candidate will be required to perform work that is physically demanding.
- The candidate will be required to pay attention to detail.
- The candidate will be required to handle hand-eye coordination.
- The candidate will be required to have the ability to distinguish between colours.
- The candidate will be required to have the ability to find sound discrimination.
- The candidate will be required to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- The candidate will be required to work in a condition by standing for extended hours.
- The candidate will be required to work in conditions like bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in areas that are odours and in outdoors.
- The candidate should be able to work in areas that are noisy.
- The candidate should be able to work in areas that are dangerous
- The candidate should be able to work in areas that are wet and damp.
- The candidate should be able to work in areas that are dusty.
- The candidate should be able to work in areas that are hot.
- The candidate should be able to work in areas that are cold and refrigerated.
Responsibilities:
- The candidate will be required to write a daily basis progress report.
- The candidate will be required to operate farm machinery and equipment.
- The candidate will be required to maintain farm machinery and equipment.
- The candidate will be required to harvest crops.
- The candidate will be required to fertilize and spray crops.
- The candidate will be required to examine products for quality and prepare them for the market.
- The candidate will be required to have the equipment and machinery handling experience in Tractor, planting equipment, loader, farm truck and lift trucks.
