- The candidates should be able to assess the overall presentation of merchandise and store appearance, identify deficiencies, and execute necessary merchandising display changes
- The candidates should be able to ensure that defective merchandise is taken to the claims room
- The candidates should be able to take general responsibility for store safety and security in the absence of the Overnight Assistant Manager, including managing accidents that occur during the overnight shift
- The candidates should be able to inspect assigned areas within the store to ensure adequate security measures are in place and that physical facilities comply with standards
- The candidates should be able to participate in the training and development of Overnight Associates to achieve production results
