Salary: $15.00 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Evening, Shift, Morning
Work setting: Insurance

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Windows

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment and excelling in working under pressure
  • The candidates should be adept at meeting tight deadlines while possessing a keen attention to detail even in high-pressure situations

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be accurate in their work and demonstrate attention to detail
  • The candidates should demonstrate a strong focus on client satisfaction and be well-organized in managing tasks and responsibilities
  • The candidates should be effective team players, contributing collaboratively to achieve common goals

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to process claims transactions and administer policy changes
  • The candidates should be able to provide clients with information and collect premium payments
  • The candidates should be able to calculate insurance premiums, verify and balance transactions, and compile/maintain insurance data and records
  • The candidates should be able to provide customer service in the insurance industry
