Out of reach services inc provides exterior building services on low to high-rise buildings in the Greater Vancouver area. Our founding team is highly skilled in work at heights on residential and commercial buildings. Our experience in exterior buildings services ranges from the smallest high-rises to the very biggest ones in the Greater Vancouver area. By focusing on customer satisfaction, streamlined processes and attention to detail; we have already made a name for ourself in the industry. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Work site environment: Candidates should work in at heights and outdoors
Transportation/travel information: Valid driver’s licence required
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Other trades certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates need experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Candidates must have Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) Certification
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to handle heavy loads, manually dexter and also for bending, crouching, kneeling
- The candidate should be physically strong
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work with being focused on the client and also in an organized way
- The candidate should be a team player
- The candidate should have experience of equipment and machinery like Hand tools and also Power tools
- The candidate should have specialization on high-rises (8 stories or more)
