Salary: $28.85 hourly for 40 hours per week (Minimum wage is guaranteed)
Employment Type: Full time
Location: Calgary, AB
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, On Call and Flexible Hours
Work setting: Property management companies, various locations and apartment/condominium complex
Security and safety: Criminal record should checked


Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates need experience of 1 year to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Candidates must have knowledge of MS Word, Electronic mail, MS Office and MS Outlook

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to work under pressure, in fast-paced environment, pay attention to detail and also maintain tight deadlines

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to work with being focused on the client and also in an organized way
  • The candidate should be dependable and also a team player
  • The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills and also excellent oral and written communication
  • The candidate should have specialization on apartments
  • The candidate should be able to supervise 3-4 people


  • The candidate should be able to negotiate or approve rental or lease of properties on behalf of property owner, ensure terms of lease agreements are met, show apartments and offices to prospective tenants and also answer clients’ inquiries and provide information
  • The candidate should be able to co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation, compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income, ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants, schedule and confirm appointments and also receive payments
