Requirements:

Education: Candidates should have completion of master’s degree (preferred) in public administration, health administration, social sciences, business administration
Experience: Candidates should have minimum of 3 years experience in the relevant field

Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in public administration, health administration, social sciences, business administration, or a related field, and have 4 years of progressive, recent, and related experience
- The candidates should hold a Diploma in public administration, health administration, social sciences, business administration, or a related field, along with 5 years of progressive, recent, and related experience
- The candidates should have an equivalent combination of education and 6 years of progressive, recent, and related experience
- The candidates should have experience developing strategy, regulation, or policy in the health care sector or social policy sector
- The candidates should have experience in developing and implementing projects or programs
- The candidates should have experience providing policy and issues-management advice to senior executives and preparing briefing materials
- The candidates should have experience in the health sector or social science field
