Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to book appointments and perform receptionist duties, ensuring efficient salon operations
- The candidates should cut and trim hair, shampoo customers’ hair, and provide various hair treatments such as waving, straightening, tinting, and scalp conditioning massages, demonstrating diverse hairstyling skills
- The candidates should shave and trim beards and mustaches, offering comprehensive grooming services
- The candidates should supervise other hair stylists and staff, contributing to a well-managed salon environment
- The candidates should analyze hair and scalp conditions, provide basic treatments or beauty care advice, and apply hair extensions, showcasing expertise in hair health and enhancement
- The candidates should perform a range of hairstyling techniques, including cutting, trimming, tapering, curling, waving, perming, and styling hair, exhibiting versatility in hairdressing
- The candidates should maintain and order supplies, ensuring the availability of necessary materials for salon operations
