Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of High School
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a GED or equivalent educational background and demonstrate leadership skills by effectively guiding and supporting team members
  • The candidates should possess effective communication skills to facilitate collaboration and information sharing within the team and across departments
  • The candidates should take initiative in managing projects and stretch assignments to enhance operational efficiency
  • The candidates should exhibit a sense of ownership over facility locations, ensuring a high standard of maintenance and operational excellence

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to respond to preventive maintenance (PM) work orders for a wide variety of equipment and exemplify the 7-Eleven Values and Leadership Principles in their work
  • The candidates should be able to perform minor repairs to equipment, such as hoses, nozzles, fuel filters, decals, HVAC filters, and water filters, including working outside on buildings or roofs
  • The candidates should be able to replace ‘plug and play’ equipment and manage parts inventory for the truck, including ordering and tracking
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and prioritize duties and work assignments on a daily basis
  • The candidates should be able to complete required reports and paperwork daily to account for the time and use of parts and materials
  • The candidates should be able to read, interpret, and follow procedures described in service manuals according to manufacturer guidelines
  • The candidates should be able to complete other duties, including special projects, as assigned by management
  • The candidates should be able to comply with and follow all safety regulations and protocols
  • The candidates should be able to handle after-hours calls during regular working days and work a rotational schedule of stores, covering for peers on weekends and statutory holidays
